The She-Suite needed a flexible, elegant web experience that could evolve with their campaign calendar. The existing website didn’t support their lead generation strategy or provide the seamless user flow needed for high-performing funnels. With “How She Did It” launching ahead of budget season, the redesign had to be timely, sharp, and built for results — especially for busy HR professionals.

We focused on building a fast, responsive interface that blends elegance with function. The design centered on clear messaging, improved navigation, and dynamic content blocks that could adapt to campaign needs. A standout feature is the homepage hero slider — a rotating element showcasing different leadership personas. This feature was intentionally designed to help visitors see themselves reflected in the brand story, encouraging connection and guiding more informed purchasing decisions. Homepage sections were also restructured to promote thought leadership, lead magnets, and upcoming campaigns.
We integrated a full lead capture and automation system connected to ActiveCampaign, built customized landing pages for campaigns like “How She Did It,” and introduced gated content flows with freemium-style value. Funnel logic was mapped across form redirects, thank-you pages, email sequences, and call scheduling — delivering both user experience and back-end functionality aligned with campaign goals.
The redesign delivered exactly what the campaign needed — a seamless digital foundation that helped The She-Suite drive downloads, leads, and live event participation. With an updated brand voice, improved speed and structure, and tools built for ongoing campaigns, the website became a true asset in the She-Suite marketing stack — not just a brochure, but a performance tool.
